๐ผ About This Role
You'll be pivotal in scaling Verkada's reach by developing and managing a network of high-performing reseller partners in Germany. You'll drive net new business through the channel, building pipeline and executing strategic plans that result in measurable growth. This individual contributor role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution as you collaborate across sales, marketing, and partner teams. You'll also lead in-person events to grow brand awareness.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and generate pipeline with net new end-user customers through strategic reseller partners.
- Develop and manage a focused partner business plan for your territory aligned with quarterly targets.
- Train and enable partner sales teams on Verkada's full product portfolio.
- Conduct regular QBRs and business reviews with partners to track performance and identify improvements.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of channel sales or partner management experience.
- Proven track record of building new business via Security Integrators or IT VAR partners.
- Local to Germany (ideally Munich) and open to 50% travel.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools.

- Existing relationships with Bechtle, Medialine, ACP or TD Synnex.
