🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build, lead and coach a team of BDRs to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Own performance management end-to-end: targets, coaching, and reviews.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to design and roll out prospecting plays.
  • Track KPIs and pipeline health; implement corrective actions proactively.

  • 1+ year of direct BDR/SDR team management experience.
  • Former quota-exceeding BDR with full sales cycle experience preferred.
  • Strong people leadership with coaching and performance management skills.
  • Fluent in French and English with Salesforce and sales tool proficiency.
