You'll lead and coach a team of BDRs for the French market at Pigment, an AI-powered business planning platform. Your core impact is driving qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting plays and performance management. π― What You'll Do
- Build, lead and coach a team of BDRs to generate qualified opportunities.
- Own performance management end-to-end: targets, coaching, and reviews.
- Partner with Sales leadership to design and roll out prospecting plays.
- Track KPIs and pipeline health; implement corrective actions proactively.
π Requirements
- 1+ year of direct BDR/SDR team management experience.
- Former quota-exceeding BDR with full sales cycle experience preferred.
- Strong people leadership with coaching and performance management skills.
- Fluent in French and English with Salesforce and sales tool proficiency.

- Experience as an AE or full sales cycle role.
- Change-management skills in a fast-scaling environment.
- Familiarity with Outreach, Gong, or similar tools.
