Requirements

• 7+ years of operational experience preferred
• 5+ years leading teams, with 2 years managing managers preferred
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to improve operational efficiency
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Market Leaders across a region
• Balance execution, process improvements, and customer service
• Help launch and expand Carvana markets and vending machines
