💼 About This Role

You'll own the development of intuitive, performant, and secure web applications for stablecoin financial products at Squads. You'll collaborate across product, design, and engineering to shape user experiences from ideation to production, with full ownership of feature development. This role offers high autonomy and the chance to make an outsized impact in a fast-moving Web3 environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement functional, responsive UI components from designs with performance and accessibility
• Lead frontend architecture and evolve the design system
• Collaborate to ship features from concept to launch
• Maintain and improve codebase with scalable, tested code

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and delivering high-performance web applications
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices
• Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, and WebSocket APIs
• Solid grasp of systems design, debugging, and application performance

✨ Nice to Have

• Interest or experience in hybrid design-engineering roles
• Portfolio of UI/UX work and familiarity with Figma
• Experience with Solana development (wallet adapters, token programs, client SDKs)
