💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the operational infrastructure behind Suno's creator programs, including the Hooks short-form music video feed. You'll design systems for onboarding, payments, CRM, and support that power hundreds of creators and thousands of monthly Hooks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating structure from ambiguity and scaling programs from 0→1 to 1→N.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale the operational backbone of creator programs
• Build and automate workflows for onboarding, payments, and reporting
• Design program infrastructure using Google Sheets, CRM, and AI tools
• Manage program inboxes, support workflows, and monitor program health

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, BizOps, or program management at a tech platform
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel required
• Experience scaling processes across high-volume workflows
• Experience with CRM and operational tooling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automation tools or lightweight scripting
• Interest in creator ecosystems, marketplaces, or music
