You'll act as the primary interface between Network Services and its consumers, ensuring customer needs are translated into action. You'll drive a robust governance framework for the service catalogue, enhancing clarity and accountability. This role offers high visibility with senior business and technology leaders.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as single point of contact for Network Services consumers across LOBs and technology.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery organizations.
- Proactively gather feedback through formal engagement forums and service reviews.
- Chair service catalogue governance forums for onboarding, changes, and issue escalation.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience in service engagement or relationship management in a large tech organization.
- Strong understanding of network services or infrastructure-based technology domains.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a customer advocate while influencing delivery teams.
- Experience establishing or operating service governance frameworks or service catalogues.
