• Oversee LMS strategy, optimization, and content delivery processes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training management or instructional design leadership
• Strong experience designing scalable client training programs for SaaS
• Proven leadership managing and developing training teams
• Experience with LMS platforms and learning analytics tools
