You'll design and implement end-to-end solutions with real users and data, shipping to production under tight feedback loops. This role is based in New York, NY with in-person collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with customers to map workflows and define success metrics.
• Design, prototype, and productionize custom AI workflows.
• Integrate workflows with client systems like DMS and SSO.
• Build evals and harnesses to capture real-world quality.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production software.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications in production.
• Comfort working directly with customers from scoping to iteration.
• Practical experience with evals to drive model decisions.

• Experience with legal or professional services domain.
• Familiarity with agentic AI and tool use.
• Previous Forward Deployed Engineer experience.
