You'll act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic customers, helping them design and optimize AI/ML workloads on large-scale GPU cloud infrastructure. You will drive customer success and technical innovation while collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic GPU cloud customers.
• Support design, deployment, troubleshooting, and scaling of AI/ML solutions.
• Optimize GPU performance for ML training and inference tasks.
• Guide customers on cloud architecture best practices and infrastructure integration.

📋 Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years in Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or TAM roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and large-scale GPU environments.
• Expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and Python.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HPC or ML orchestration frameworks (Slurm, Kubeflow).
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Knowledge of AI/ML tooling across cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, NVIDIA).
