You will partner with senior leaders in the EMEA region to develop and deliver on the people strategy, enabling leaders to build high-impact, healthy teams. You'll leverage data and insights to drive organizational effectiveness and align business strategy with people initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR business partner experience
• Experience in fast-growing tech companies and established organizations
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Proven ability to partner and influence senior leaders
• Exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic consultant to leaders, aligning business and people strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance the People Strategy
• Leverage data and insights to inform decisions on strategy, structure, and programs
• Advise leaders on org design, change management, and organizational initiatives
• Support global talent and organizational planning
