You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, build and deploy machine learning models, and perform A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 5+ years working experience in machine learning
• 3+ years working experience in SQL
• 3+ years working experience in Python
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing managers, CRM managers, engineers, and designers to make data-driven decisions
• Build machine learning models for customer churn, product sales, and marketing campaign performance
• Perform insightful analysis on growth marketing metrics to enable effective campaigns
• Conduct hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and regression analysis on online ad performance
• Create data pipelines to ensure data availability and quality
