💼 About This Role

You'll improve agent conversion rates by leveraging data, coaching, and accountability within the CIH Inventory Leads Program. Your core impact is turning high-intent consumer demand into closed deals through direct agent partnership and performance management. This role sits at the intersection of agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach agents on conversion funnel performance using data insights
  • Monitor agent metrics and create targeted improvement plans
  • Drive adoption of Compass and partnership tools
  • Conduct market-level diagnostics to identify performance patterns
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for participating agents

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance
  • Deep understanding of residential transaction flow and agent workflows
  • Proven experience coaching or managing sales professional performance
  • Strong analytical mindset comfortable using data to drive behavior change

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with lead generation or conversion programs
  • Familiarity with Redfin or Rocket Mortgage ecosystems
