💼 About This Role
You'll improve agent conversion rates by leveraging data, coaching, and accountability within the CIH Inventory Leads Program. Your core impact is turning high-intent consumer demand into closed deals through direct agent partnership and performance management. This role sits at the intersection of agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Coach agents on conversion funnel performance using data insights
- Monitor agent metrics and create targeted improvement plans
- Drive adoption of Compass and partnership tools
- Conduct market-level diagnostics to identify performance patterns
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for participating agents
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance
- Deep understanding of residential transaction flow and agent workflows
- Proven experience coaching or managing sales professional performance
- Strong analytical mindset comfortable using data to drive behavior change

- Experience with lead generation or conversion programs
- Familiarity with Redfin or Rocket Mortgage ecosystems
