You'll define and execute the partnership strategy at Thera, building a revenue-generating partner engine for a YC-backed payroll platform. Your core impact is sourcing, closing, and managing partnerships that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue, with the potential to grow a team. This role offers real ownership and a direct line to the CEO.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own the partnership strategy, identifying key partners like agencies and platforms
- Source, pitch, and close partnerships end-to-end
- Design revenue models including referral, rev share, and co-sell
- Build partner onboarding and enablement processes
- Manage cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops
๐ Requirements
- Partnership building experience at an early-stage or fast-growing company
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and commercial terms
- Experience designing repeatable systems and playbooks
- Proactive ownership of outcomes without needing direction
โจ Nice to Have
- Background in fintech, payroll, HR tech, or SaaS
- Experience with agencies or accounting firms as partners
