You'll define and execute the partnership strategy at Thera, building a revenue-generating partner engine for a YC-backed payroll platform. Your core impact is sourcing, closing, and managing partnerships that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue, with the potential to grow a team. This role offers real ownership and a direct line to the CEO.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own the partnership strategy, identifying key partners like agencies and platforms
  • Source, pitch, and close partnerships end-to-end
  • Design revenue models including referral, rev share, and co-sell
  • Build partner onboarding and enablement processes
  • Manage cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops

  • Partnership building experience at an early-stage or fast-growing company
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and commercial terms
  • Experience designing repeatable systems and playbooks
  • Proactive ownership of outcomes without needing direction
