You'll own the Third-Party Risk Management program and lead incident response for a real estate and infrastructure firm. Your work will directly safeguard operations and ensure regulatory compliance across the firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the firm's Third-Party Risk Management program end-to-end.
• Lead execution and improvement of the Incident Response Plan.
• Drive Business Continuity Planning program and annual tests.
• Manage one direct report and oversee vendor resources.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of business operations, risk management, or compliance experience.
• People management experience required.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (index/match, pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience in real estate or financial services industries.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with risk frameworks like SOC 2, NIST, or ITGC.
• Experience with Prevalent or similar vendor risk platforms.
• Knowledge of FINRA and SEC compliance frameworks.
