Description

You'll join MongoDB's Pre-Sales organization to guide customers in designing scalable systems using our data platform. You'll work with sales executives to solve business problems, win deals, and drive growth, acting as a trusted advisor to startups and enterprise organizations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years industry experience, ideally 2+ in customer-facing role
• 2+ years with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) or popular programming languages (e.g., Java, C#)
• Experience implementing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and business leadership
• Fluency in Mandarin (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning and technical aspects of deals
• Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events
• Foster customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
