Description
You will lead and scale Chime's centralized MarTech organization, owning the strategy, architecture, and operations of the marketing technology ecosystem across paid acquisition, web, lifecycle, and member engagement. This highly cross-functional role sits at the intersection of Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data, ensuring marketing technology enables faster execution, deeper personalization, and scalable growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Technology, CRM/lifecycle, or digital marketing systems with people leadership
- Proven track record owning and scaling complex cross-channel MarTech ecosystems
- Deep hands-on experience with modern marketing platforms such as Braze, Contentful, and DAM systems
- Demonstrated success partnering with Product and Engineering to build scalable integrations and experimentation infrastructure
- Strong strategic and systems mindset with ability to operate hands-on when needed
Responsibilities
- Define and execute cross-channel MarTech strategy driving acquisition, product adoption, lifecycle engagement, and member value
- Lead and develop a high-performing MarTech team with clear ownership and scalable delivery models
- Own and optimize end-to-end marketing technology ecosystem including paid media, CMS, CRM/lifecycle, DAM, and AI tooling
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Growth leaders to translate business priorities into scalable systems
- Establish governance, intake, and prioritization frameworks to reduce complexity and increase execution velocity
