💼 About This Role

You'll lead a security software engineering team at Anduril Industries, building foundational security components for defense technology products. Your work will directly protect critical military systems and ensure resilience against evolving threats. You'll collaborate across teams to set technical direction and deliver high-impact security solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team within Product Security to develop security tooling roadmap.
• Set technical direction for architecture and security features across all products.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to meet industry security goals.
• Ensure reliable delivery of complex software projects and establish engineering standards.

📋 Requirements

• Strategic vision and technical depth in security architecture and implementation.
• Proficient with one or more programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Golang, Rust, Python).
• Experience working with embedded and/or Linux systems.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building endpoint detection and response solutions.
• Experience with factory automation for secure key handling/provisioning.
• Background in product or platform security with compliance frameworks.
