💼 About This Role

You'll join CLO Virtual Fashion's legal team in Munich, supporting EMEA sales and professional services in a fast-paced digital fashion tech environment. You'll drive contract execution and cross-functional collaboration while improving legal processes. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge 3D simulation technology and a global digital fashion ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, negotiate, and draft commercial agreements (software licensing, SaaS, NDAs).
• Partner with sales and security teams for efficient deal execution.
• Handle employment law matters in collaboration with HR.
• Identify and implement legal process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• German Law Degree with at least first state exam (Erstes Juristisches Staatsexamen).
• 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in law firm or in-house.
• Native German and fluent English (written and spoken).
• Solid knowledge of German employment law.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience as in-house counsel at a global tech company.
• Knowledge of German tenancy law.
• Additional languages French or Spanish.
