Description
You will manage complex end-to-end sales processes, from outbound prospecting to contract closing, for an AI-native Employee Experience Platform. You'll collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive new customer acquisitions and upsell opportunities, targeting companies with 1,000+ employees.
Requirements
- At least 3 years B2B sales experience — ideally software/SaaS
- Experience managing complex sales projects with stakeholders
- Strong closing abilities and track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Collaboration with communication, IT, HR, and C-level decision-makers
Responsibilities
- Manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Full-cycle sales responsibility from outbound to contract closing
- Strategic development of existing customers — identify upsell and cross-sell
- Pitch Staffbase vision to Communication, HR, and IT decision makers
