You'll define how the industry measures creator marketing, establishing frameworks for Marketing Mix Models and incrementality. You'll partner with top brands to design bespoke measurement strategies and drive the global product roadmap. This is a foundational role in a fast-growing startup backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define measurement frameworks for creator marketing effectiveness
• Act as trusted advisor to top marketers on ROI and attribution
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build measurement suite
• Lead meta-analyses and causal inference studies for market intelligence

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in marketing analytics or measurement science
• Deep expertise in MMM, incremental lift testing, and multi-touch attribution
• Proficient in SQL or Python for data analysis
• Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in Statistics, Economics, or Math

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in ad-tech consulting or platform measurement
• Track record of applying causal inference to marketing questions
