💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of affiliate publishers, ensuring campaigns are live and tracking correctly. You'll drive performance through data-driven insights and activation strategies. This role offers exposure to cross-team collaboration in a growing digital comparison service with in-house analytics tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day performance of affiliate publisher portfolio
• Monitor key metrics like volume, CPL, conversion rate, and PGP
• Support outreach to new and dormant publishers using playbooks
• Collaborate with Sales, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years in affiliate marketing account management or equivalent
• Strong understanding of digital marketing sales funnels and commercials
• Proven relationship-building skills, plus partnership conversion experience
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with results-oriented approach
