You'll lead revenue operations for the Professional Services and Partnerships field organizations at 6sense, ensuring these teams drive deal velocity and customer outcomes. You'll build systems, insights, and processes that enable scalable growth across partner co-sell motions and ecosystem-driven revenue.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and operationalize services attach rate strategies
  • Build forecasting frameworks for services demand and partner contribution
  • Design and optimize sales-services integration workflows
  • Own systems strategy for Salesforce, PSA, and PRM tools

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8โ€“12+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
  • Experience supporting Services as an attach/support function in a SaaS or tech business
  • Experience with complex partner ecosystems (SIs, resellers, and/or tech alliances)
  • Experience with Salesforce, PSA, PRM, and BI tools

  • Strong understanding of deal-based services models
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Services, CS, and Partnerships
  • Strong analytical and executive communication skills
