Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform essential repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, prepare vacant apartments for move-ins, and maintain the property's beauty and safety. You'll deliver outstanding service to residents and work in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trade education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call emergencies
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently
• Excellent communication skills

• Maintain building beauty and community safety through general upkeep and snow removal
