You'll provide excellent guest experiences at Dignity Health Sports Park, a premier venue. You'll monitor venue entry, scan tickets, and assist guests with seating and inquiries to ensure a positive event experience. This is a part-time role with flexible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor entry and scan tickets at gates
• Escort guests to various venue spaces
• Answer guest inquiries and provide directions
• Assist with seating problems and escalate issues

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related work experience preferably in sports/entertainment venue
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand consistently for 8 hours in various weather
