You'll lead Trexquant's European expansion, owning hiring strategy and office setup for the Munich area. Your core impact will be representing a high-caliber quantitative fund to skeptical, in-demand candidates. You'll build Trexquant's European presence from scratch, collaborating directly with senior leadership at a successful fund.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own hiring strategy for quant developers and researchers in Munich
• Coordinate physical and operational office setup with US leadership
• Represent Trexquant at hiring events and with candidates
• Report progress and hiring pipeline to global teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in operations, strategy, or recruiting
• Understanding of German business environment and hiring practices
• Fluent in German and English
• Comfortable being senior local representative while taking strategic direction
