Description

In this role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Education and Senior Management to analyze and improve the financial performance of the Kao USA Salon Division. You will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and preparing financial reports to influence decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced analytical skills
• At least five years of related experience in a similar CPG environment
• General understanding of IFRS requirements

Responsibilities

• Facilitate planning and direction of financial analysis activities including budget variance analysis, capital budgeting, and month-end reporting
• Work with multiple departments to develop annual corporate budget and related forecasts
• Monitor budgets and forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annually to track variances
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc financial reports for Finance, Marketing, Sales, and GM's office
• Develop margin analysis and forecasts and review with Marketing and Sales
