  • Manage portfolio of enterprise clients from onboarding to renewal
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including exec leadership
  • Develop data-driven success plans aligned with customer objectives
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise customer success or account management
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with large accounts
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Experience with digital analytics and data-driven decision-making
