You'll act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across key client groups at NETGEAR's European HQ. You'll provide practical HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle. This role offers exposure to global People teams and a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach managers on performance and employee development
• Manage employee relations cases of low to moderate complexity
• Support performance review cycles and calibration processes
• Execute HR processes such as promotions and transfers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience
• Hands-on experience with employee relations cases
• Solid understanding of Irish and European employment law
• Strong ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
• Exposure to supporting multi-location or global teams
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
