Description

You will be the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking sellers and agency partners, helping drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional customer experience tailored to Asia-based clients.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and native/fluent Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in customer-facing role (Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar)
  • Background in e-commerce or affiliate marketing strongly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with CRM software and business intelligence tools; HubSpot knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and success metrics
  • Serve as primary point of contact, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in Mandarin and English
  • Proactively engage customers to drive adoption and value realization of the platform
  • Partner with publisher development to match customers with suitable affiliates
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
