Description
You will be the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking sellers and agency partners, helping drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional customer experience tailored to Asia-based clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and native/fluent Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in customer-facing role (Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar)
- Background in e-commerce or affiliate marketing strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with CRM software and business intelligence tools; HubSpot knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and success metrics
- Serve as primary point of contact, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in Mandarin and English
- Proactively engage customers to drive adoption and value realization of the platform
- Partner with publisher development to match customers with suitable affiliates
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
