Description

You'll support sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations for Careem in Jordan, working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. You'll execute sourcing activities, manage vendor relationships, and analyze spend data to identify savings and efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
• 4–6 years of procurement/sourcing experience (tech, mobility, FMCG, or similar preferred)
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Knowledge of local supplier markets in Jordan; English Arabic proficiency
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing activities (RFQs/RFPs), supplier selection, and commercial evaluations
• Manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Support contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance with procurement policies
• Analyze spend data to identify savings, efficiencies, and process improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver procurement support
