💼 About This Role

You'll help build the analytics environment in Salesforce, extracting insights from LLM transcripts and establishing data sources of truth. Your dashboards will give Sales and Finance leadership clear visibility into pipeline, forecasting, and revenue metrics. This internship offers high-impact projects and hands-on AI experience with direct mentorship from senior leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy custom sales and forecasting dashboards in Salesforce.
• Build finance dashboards tracking ARR, pipeline, and win rates.
• Analyze LLM-generated transcripts to uncover buyer sentiment trends.
• Establish and structure an internal data repository and data dictionary.

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, or related.
• Solid understanding of basic sales and financial metrics (pipeline, forecasting, ARR).
• Strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and conversational AI.

• Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
• Prior exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
