💼 About This Role

You'll join Unity's accounting policy team, partnering with Revenue Accounting, Legal, Sales, and Finance to drive appropriate accounting conclusions. You'll serve as a subject matter expert on significant contract reviews and maintain global revenue policies under ASC 606. This role offers the chance to impact a fast-growing tech leader in gaming and 3D development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform first-level review of significant contract reviews as a subject matter expert.
• Maintain and update global revenue accounting policies under US GAAP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on technical accounting inquiries and prepare memorandums.
• Support SEC reporting team in preparing financial statements for 10-Q/10-K filings.

📋 Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant or equivalent certification required.
• Significant experience in technical accounting, focusing on Revenue/ASC 606.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to simplify complex issues.
• Self-sufficient and resourceful, able to work without consistent oversight.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming, software, advertising, or SaaS/Hosting industries.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Workday, Salesforce, Zuora, RevPro.
