Description

You will design and implement advanced guidance, navigation, and control systems for the Starship spacecraft, working on cutting-edge flight control algorithms and simulations to enable human missions to Mars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physics or engineering
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Experience with control systems, orbital mechanics, classical dynamics, modeling, and simulation
• Experience with Python or C++
• Must be a U.S. person under ITAR

Responsibilities

• Develop guidance, navigation, and control systems for Starship
• Engage in multi-disciplinary vehicle systems investigations and architecture design
• Implement new software or algorithms for mission-unique capabilities
• Develop 6-DOF dynamics simulation models for GNC analysis
• Analyze launch vehicle trajectories, performance dispersions, and flight stability
