Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global bank accounts, including openings, closures, and modifications. You'll handle KYC requests, oversee signatory lists, and drive process improvements and automation in treasury operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, treasury, or regulated administrative roles
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Interest in learning financial systems like TMS and ERPs

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of all global bank accounts
• Act as primary internal contact for global bank KYC and due diligence requests
• Oversee integrity of global bank signatory lists
• Identify and propose automation for manual bank administration tasks
• Drive digitalization of bank files and documentation
