Description

You will be at the center of Relocity's growth by managing a large and active req load of contract-based relocation consultants and local experts. You'll source, vet, and build diverse pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and drive the full lifecycle recruiting process to deliver an excellent candidate experience. This high-volume role is performance-tracked on metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated high-volume hiring experience (required)
  • Proven ability to source and hire contract-based, client-facing talent
  • Fluent in recruiting tools and platforms
  • Self-motivated with ownership of results

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and hire top talent for contract-based relocation consultants and local experts in a high-volume environment
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs
  • Develop robust candidate pipelines across various cities and generate rapid results
  • Drive offer processes, including extending offers and creatively closing candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process moving efficiently
