You'll join the Expert Team to craft creative workarounds for customer requests beyond standard features. You'll ensure no request is turned away, documenting novel configurations that become best practices. This role offers the chance to shape solutions across the Filevine product family.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead issue remediation and own assigned customer problems end-to-end
• Design novel approaches using native features and creative workarounds
• Document findings and create portable best-practice content
• Maintain deep product knowledge across Filevine's product family

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Assertive communication to provide recommendations and instill confidence
• Creative thinking to solution root causes of customer priorities
• Quick learner of new technologies and self-motivated
