Description

You will bridge research and customer success, onboarding clients to generative AI models, providing hands-on guidance, and collaborating with sales, engineering, and research teams to drive production integrations and product improvements.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of generative AI and hands-on experience serving deep learning models in production
• Track record of working directly with customers and iterating on solutions
• Proficiency in Python and intuitive understanding of API integrations
• Experience explaining technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers to models with guidance on prompting, inference optimization, evaluation, and finetuning
• Support Sales and BD on complex customer projects with material business impact
• Act as central hub connecting go-to-market, engineering, and research teams
• Create reusable technical enablement resources like documentation, demos, and integration guides
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and collaborate on updates
