🎯 What You'll Do

• Review medical records to assign appropriate HCC codes
• Ensure coding aligns with payer guidelines and regulatory standards
• Seek clarification from physicians on incomplete documentation
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks in designated systems

📋 Requirements

• Active certification like CPC, COC, CRC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA
• Experience in medical coding particularly risk adjustment or HCC
• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM and CPT guidelines
• Ability to meet productivity and accuracy standards
