You'll design and ship production-grade AI agents that revolutionize deal sourcing and founder support at SignalFire, a $3B AUM VC firm. Reporting to ex-Meta and Reddit product leaders, you'll define the AI roadmap using the proprietary Beacon platform tracking 650M employees.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy production-ready AI agents using Python and LLM frameworks
• Embed with internal teams as strategic technical advisor for AI model tailoring
• Integrate AI solutions into Beacon platform and cloud infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of software engineering experience with backend Python
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
• Strong communication skills for consulting with non-technical stakeholders
