💼 About This Role

You'll maximize revenue for a full line of financial services by recruiting new agents and servicing existing locations in the Virginia territory. Your work directly supports immigrants by providing essential money transfer and bill payment services. This role offers 80% travel within the territory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit new agent locations within assigned territory.
• Support new agent application process and follow up.
• Activate, install and train agents on company products.
• Monitor competitors rates and provide feedback to company.

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• 2-3 years experience in outside sales in the industry preferred.
• Proven negotiation and sales closing experience required.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record mandatory.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.
• Experience with financial services industry is a plus.
