Description

You will lead the expansion of Old Mission's FX trading efforts, working closely with engineering and research teams to develop proprietary trading strategies, theoretical pricing models, and risk management techniques. You will also partner with operations to manage critical relationships and mentor a team of junior traders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field
• Deep understanding of FX market forecasting, trading, portfolio construction, optimization, and risk management
• Exposure to Python, SQL, and/or Excel/VBA preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
