You'll lead testing and integration efforts for retailers onboarding onto ESW's global ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth launches through thorough Business and User Acceptance Testing. As the client's primary point of contact, you'll troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute Business Acceptance Testing for retailer integrations
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing for active deployment projects
• Serve as primary client-facing contact for onboarding and testing
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to internal teams as needed

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in a QA or Testing role in ecommerce or SaaS
• Fluent English speaker, able to lead client meetings
• Experience with test case tracking tools like Jira or TestRail
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
