• Optimize and complete customer data records via outbound phone calls.
• Help customers enter data to enable access to the best loan offers.
• Forward customer inquiries to credit specialists for comprehensive advice.
• Contribute to process improvement and quality management.

📋 Requirements

• Customer contact experience, ideally phone-based (sales, service).
• Strong communication skills and ability to analyze customer needs.
• Native-level German proficiency.
• Computer literacy and quick adaptability to new systems.
