Description

You will coordinate patient testing by scheduling blood collections, performing venipunctures, and preparing specimens for lab analysis. Work closely with customers and sales teams to ensure efficient ordering and timely results. This is a clinic-based role in Merriam, KS.

Requirements

• Phlebotomy certification required
• Experience with venipuncture and specimen handling
• Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of CAP CLIA standards
• Ability to work independently in clinic setting

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures to obtain blood specimens
• Verify patient identity and test requisitions, resolving discrepancies
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic techniques
• Coordinate patient care services and schedule appointments
• Act as liaison for accounts and Sales, documenting interactions
