🎯 What You'll Do

• Stand up and mature FP&A function at portfolio companies.
• Build multi-year operating and cash flow models.
• Design executive dashboards and plant scorecards.
• Lead 13-week cash flow forecasting and liquidity scenarios.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years in FP&A and/or restructuring in PE-backed industrial.
• Advanced Excel including complex models and macros.
• Manufacturing cost expertise in standard costing and variance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CA certification.
• EPM tools like Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream.
• SQL/Alteryx skills.
