Description

You will engage with customers throughout the lifecycle of the Striim Platform, partnering with Technical Account Managers to guide implementation from onboarding to production. This hands-on, customer-facing role focuses on driving operational excellence and enabling mission-critical innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, Customer Success Engineer).
• 7+ years with database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and SQL.
• 7+ years programming in Java, Python, or Shell scripting.
• 7+ years deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Working proficiency with GKE (Kubernetes in GCP), Unix/Linux/Windows OS, and message systems (Kafka, JMS).

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers with learning, solution strategy, technical enablement, and implementation guidance.
• Lead customer technical teams during development to implement best practices and solve enterprise adoption challenges.
• Support transition from pre-sales prototypes to post-sales production scale.
• Partner with customer success teams for periodic health checks and ensure operational excellence.
• Act as product expert, coach, and trusted advisor; drive product evolution and innovation.
