Description

You will support the transition of new electromechanical products from NPI to production, optimize manufacturing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output for Sentry Tower Systems.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, math, or hard science
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environment
• Experience with integrating assemblies/subassemblies
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Support transition of new electromechanical products from NPI to production with DFM/DFA efforts
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production lines to enhance efficiency and quality
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize throughput and reduce costs
• Develop and refine manufacturing process flows and documentation (work instructions, SOPs)
• Provide DFM/DFA feedback to engineering teams to optimize product design for production
