Description
You will support the transition of new electromechanical products from NPI to production, optimize manufacturing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output for Sentry Tower Systems.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, math, or hard science
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
- Ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environment
- Experience with integrating assemblies/subassemblies
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Support transition of new electromechanical products from NPI to production with DFM/DFA efforts
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production lines to enhance efficiency and quality
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize throughput and reduce costs
- Develop and refine manufacturing process flows and documentation (work instructions, SOPs)
- Provide DFM/DFA feedback to engineering teams to optimize product design for production
