💼 About This Role

You'll be the founding Customer Partner for Sensat North America, owning the post-sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts in the utilities sector. You'll drive value and adoption of our AI-powered digital twin platform, ensuring customers realize maximum ROI. This is a unique opportunity to establish and scale our customer success function in a high-growth market.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the post-sales lifecycle for key North American enterprise accounts
  • Drive value and adoption of the digital twin platform with customers
  • Partner with Sales on account plans and expansion opportunities
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
  • Act as a feedback loop between US customers and UK Product/Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of deep experience in the utilities sector
  • 3-6 years in Customer Success or Account Management for B2B SaaS
  • Strategic relationship-building with executive stakeholders (C-level/VP)
  • Data-driven mindset to assess customer health and build ROI cases
