💼 About This Role
You'll be the founding Customer Partner for Sensat North America, owning the post-sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts in the utilities sector. You'll drive value and adoption of our AI-powered digital twin platform, ensuring customers realize maximum ROI. This is a unique opportunity to establish and scale our customer success function in a high-growth market.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the post-sales lifecycle for key North American enterprise accounts
- Drive value and adoption of the digital twin platform with customers
- Partner with Sales on account plans and expansion opportunities
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Act as a feedback loop between US customers and UK Product/Engineering teams
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of deep experience in the utilities sector
- 3-6 years in Customer Success or Account Management for B2B SaaS
- Strategic relationship-building with executive stakeholders (C-level/VP)
- Data-driven mindset to assess customer health and build ROI cases
