You'll support the store leadership team in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. Your core impact will be driving sales, training new team members, and assisting with daily operations. This role offers the chance to immerse yourself in pop culture while developing retail leadership skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Open and close the store and assume leadership when manager is absent.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store merchandising standards.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and lift merchandise up to 50 pounds.
