You will be the front-line client service professional, tapping into a diverse network of global experts to source the most suitable professionals for client projects. You'll manage client expectations, cultivate relationships, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Postgraduate/Graduate degree from a top-tier university
• 1-3 years of work experience, ideally in B2B client servicing and business development
• Excellent communication and interaction skills (oral, written, presentation)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively with high accuracy
• Willingness to work in evening shifts (3pm to 12am or 5pm to 2am)

Responsibilities

• Learn GLG's business processes and assist with project execution by identifying and engaging top-tier professionals
• Expand GLG's expert network by recruiting new professionals through lead generation and outreach via phone and email
• Schedule and confirm critical calls and meetings between clients and Network Members
• Manage and grow client accounts by understanding their priorities and ensuring seamless project execution
• Coordinate and confirm key interactions between clients and Network Members, ensuring timely communication
